Who it is for

Leonardo is for workshops that need highly technical diagnostics on a wide range of vehicles, from city cars to luxury cars. Where a generic multi-brand tool stops at reading faults, Leonardo reaches the functions of the official tester: coding a new control unit, recovering a used component, proxy alignment, trim changes, key initialisation.

What it does

  • Quick test: automatic search of every on-board control unit with one key (over 50 modules on a BMW 5 Series F10).
  • Reading and clearing fault codes (DTC) on every unit, with identifier, hardware number, software number and ECU manufacturer shown automatically.
  • Live data, numeric and graphic, up to 8 channels at the same time.
  • Actuator tests: windows, lights, engine solenoid valves and the other commands.
  • Adaptations and coding: key initialisation, ECU configuration, coding and recoding, programming.
  • Technical information system (SIT): an easy database with technical information on the vehicles.

Supported makes and models

Coverage is configured on the workshop's vehicle fleet. For luxury cars the manufacturer publishes the individual models: you find them, updated weekly from the Accinni website, in the Leonardo and Galileo application list.

Leonardo or Galileo?

Same diagnostic software, same catalogue. Galileo is the thin tablet for those who work a lot inside the car and on road tests; Leonardo is the complete station with the 15.6" screen, the separate interface at 100 m and the longer battery. What is the difference between Leonardo and Galileo?

The diagnostic software and the coverage are the same. Galileo is the thin tablet format (coin-thick, 3-5 hour battery) for those who work a lot inside the car; Leonardo is the complete station with a 15.6" display, a separate Bluetooth interface at 100 m, a battery lasting over 6 hours and a case included.

How much does Leonardo cost?

The price depends on the vehicle fleet configuration (mainstream brands, supercars, BMW motorcycles) and on the manufacturer's trade-in promotions. Write to us with the makes you work on: we send a quote with the licence included.

Are updates included?

The kit includes a one-year licence with the official updates, released monthly. The licence is renewed yearly; with the renewal, technical support and new coverage on the configured fleet stay active.

Does Leonardo also do coding and programming?

Yes: besides reading and clearing fault codes, live data and actuator tests, Leonardo does adaptations, coding, recoding, programming, key initialisation and proxy alignments, that is the functions of the official testers.
