A useful note if you hold an older document. The business was previously carried on by a sole trader, with a VAT number and a REA number different from those above. If you find those details on an invoice, a contract or an out-of-date page, the correct reference for any current relationship is MasterTuning S.R.L., VAT number IT04469680716. For purchases concluded on this site, the seller is the one stated on the order's invoice.
2. Where the machines are
The site, its database and the backups are hosted with Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestrasse 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen (Germany) — Falkenstein data centre, Germany. Data therefore stays inside the European Union; the cases in which some information may leave it are listed in section 6 of the privacy notice.
3. Content of the site
The texts, photographs, drawings, graphics, videos, structure and code of this site belong to MasterTuning S.R.L. or are used with the consent of the rights holders, and are protected by Italian copyright law (Law 633/1941).
You may read, print and save the pages for personal use, and quote passages provided you state the source and include a link to the original page. You may not reproduce whole contents, republish them on another site, use them to train automated systems or employ them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
The compatibility lists, the gains database and the technical sheets are the result of our own testing and work: the same rules apply, and systematic extraction of their content is not permitted.
4. Trade marks
MasterTuning is a registered trade mark of MasterTuning S.R.L..
The other names and signs appearing on the site — among others Dimsport, Magic Motorsport, Maxhaust, Beepings, Defender Car Security, CarLabImmo, Topdon, Accinni, Stripe, PayPal — are trade marks of their respective owners and are used to identify the products we distribute or the services we use. Their use implies no affiliation beyond any stated on the page of the individual product.
The names of vehicle manufacturers and the ECU codes quoted in the catalogue and in the vehicle database likewise belong to their respective owners and are used solely to indicate the compatibility of our products and services, as permitted by the descriptive use of another's trade mark. We are not an authorised parts dealer or an authorised workshop of those manufacturers, except where expressly stated.
5. Links to other sites
Some pages link to third-party sites: manufacturers, our own social profiles, the site maxhaustitalia.com, maps and videos. Those sites have their own owners and their own rules, and we do not control their content: opening them means leaving here, and from that moment their terms and their notices apply. The presence of a link is not a judgement on that site.

Linking to this site is free, provided the link is not presented so as to suggest a relationship that does not exist and does not frame our pages inside another site.
6. Accuracy of the information
We take care that prices, availability and descriptions are correct, but a clerical error is always possible. An obviously wrong price does not oblige us to sell: we point it out before accepting the order and you choose whether to confirm at the correct price or cancel free of charge (see section 4 of the Terms and conditions of sale).
The technical information published — vehicle lists, procedures, gains — refers to the date stated and changes with the manufacturers' updates. If one specific compatibility is decisive for a purchase, ask for it in writing: our answer counts as part of the product description.
7. Warning about vehicle modifications
Part of what we sell changes the way a vehicle works. Modifying engine management software may affect type approval, compliance with emissions rules, insurance cover and the manufacturer's warranty. Checking the rules of your own country, roadworthiness and any obligation to update the vehicle registration document is the responsibility of the vehicle's owner. On request we provide the technical documentation of the work carried out.
8. Notices and complaints about content
If you find content on this site that you believe infringes a right of yours — an image, a text, a trade mark — write to [email protected] stating the page and the reason: we check it and, if the notice is well founded, we act without argument.
