We offer workshops, mechanics and auto electricians the chance to become a MasterTuning Installer and offer engine management tuning to their customers. You will provide ECU reprogramming by purchasing our MasterTuning Map Service remapping kit. If you choose our kit, you will receive, directly at your premises and quickly, software that has been TESTED and DEVELOPED by a company with twenty years of experience in the automotive sector. As a MasterTuning Installer you will have state-of-the-art equipment that is constantly updated, allowing you to work on most vehicles on the market in a few simple steps. You will be able to remap them and guarantee the best results to your customers. Your equipment will be connected to our Technical Centre and you will be able to request custom ECU software directly, according to your specific needs. You will be listed among the MasterTuning Installers operating across Italy, so future customers in your area will find you easily, and you will receive all the MasterTuning branded materials to promote the service.
Services for MasterTuning Installers
Optimisation of the injection system’s operating parameters. Customisation of engine management to specific requests. The option to modify power delivery curves and many other parameters, designed, tested and produced at our head office.
Injection system fault solutions (exclusive to MasterTuning Map Service). The continuous training of our technicians allows us to provide updates and new software and/or calibration versions. These updates solve problems and improve the parameters of modern electronic injection systems. Examples:
- Certain DTC diagnostic faults can be repaired or permanently disabled. By installing new software, specifically developed by our technicians, the overall operation of the engine and related electronic systems is improved, and the excessive fuel consumption and emissions caused by the fault are drastically reduced.
- Faults in the EGR exhaust gas recirculation system can be corrected. These cause a sharp rise in fuel consumption and polluting emissions. Our solution installs an updated software version developed specifically to eliminate the defect. Fuel consumption and emissions drop, in some cases to better than when the vehicle was new.
- Faults in the DPF/FAP particulate filter system can be eliminated. A faulty particulate filter causes a sharp rise in fuel consumption and is very harmful to the engine.
- Problems caused by the failure of the intake manifold SWIRL system or of the VSA/TVA engine shut-off throttle can be solved.
- Faulty lambda sensors on LPG or CNG cars can be bypassed.
All these cases can be solved with our exclusive ECU remapping kit, through targeted software updates developed specifically to fix these problems.
