Rapid FR is the Dimsport throttle response module: it works on the pedal signal to remove the response lag, with 28 settings ranging from the most progressive curve to the sharpest.

On recent cars the pedal is not mechanically linked to the throttle: it is a potentiometer, and the ECU reads the signal through a curve softened for economy and smoothness. The result is the delay you feel pulling away and overtaking. The Rapid FR rewrites that curve: with the same power the engine answers at once, with 28 settings to try until you find yours.
